GDPR Compliance

Last updated: September 2026

1. Scope

MoneyGence is built primarily for Indian service businesses, and our product and account data are governed by our Privacy Policy and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (see our DPDP Compliance page). This page separately explains how we meet the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom who browse our public marketing website.

2. Data Controller

For personal data processed through our public website (moneygence.com), the data controller is:

MoneyGence, 1st Floor, Tower C, ATS BOUQUET, C-102, Block B, Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201304, India
Contact: admin@moneygence.com

We have not appointed a separate EU representative under Article 27 GDPR at this time, as our processing of EEA/UK visitor data is limited to website analytics and voluntary contact-form submissions, not large-scale or systematic monitoring.

3. What We Process and Why

  • Website analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): processed only with your consent via our cookie preference banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Marketing cookies (Meta Pixel): processed only with your consent via our cookie preference banner. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Contact / demo / newsletter form submissions: the email and details you voluntarily provide. Legal basis: consent and, where you are inquiring about our service, steps taken prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(a)/(b) GDPR).
  • Account and business data (if you sign up for the MoneyGence product): processed to perform our contract with you. Legal basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). See our Privacy Policy for full detail on product-side data handling.

4. Cookie Consent

Our website shows a cookie preference banner on first visit, offering three choices: Essential Only, Accept All, or Customize (choose Analytics and/or Marketing individually). Analytics and marketing cookies are never set until you actively opt in. You can review or change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for moneygence.com, which will show the banner again on your next visit.

5. International Data Transfers

Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Meta Pixel are operated by providers based outside the EEA/UK (Google, Microsoft, and Meta respectively). Where your personal data is transferred to these providers, it is done under the providers' own Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards as published in their respective data processing terms. We do not independently transfer your data to any other third party outside the EEA/UK.

6. Your GDPR Rights

If you are located in the EEA or UK, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Erase your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at admin@moneygence.com. We will respond within one month as required by Article 12 GDPR.

7. Data Retention

Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' and Microsoft Clarity's own default retention settings. Contact-form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or until you ask us to delete them.

8. Children

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

9. Changes to This Page

We may update this page from time to time as our website's data practices change. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
