1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using MoneyGence ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of MoneyGence, including agencies, businesses, and individual professionals.

2. Description of Service

MoneyGence is an AI-powered finance operating system for agencies and service businesses. It provides tools for revenue tracking, client management, GST-compliant invoicing, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must use a valid business email address. Personal email domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, etc.) are not permitted.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Data and Privacy

Your financial data is stored securely and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your financial records, client data, or business information.

5. GST & Compliance

MoneyGence provides tools to assist with GST compliance but does not constitute professional tax or legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your filings are accurate and compliant with applicable Indian tax laws.

We recommend consulting a qualified CA or tax professional for complex GST matters.

6. Subscription and Billing

MoneyGence offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Refunds are available within 7 days of the billing date if you have not generated more than 5 invoices or uploaded more than 2 bank statements during that period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal financial activity

8. Limitation of Liability

MoneyGence is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoneyGence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service for violations of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
